I lived in the Ward for a while and you would see his covertible all over. He was literally all over the place all the time. He would constantly check in on business and visit people in their homes. If it wasn’t for his corruption Nadeau wouldn’t even be on the Council in the first place. So while you can laud him for his work, you can also fault him for what he caused.[/quote]
