Stop being obtuse.  It is obvious this kid is desperately seeking attention, and clearly getting it. The behavior is disruptive and not conducive to a serious learning environment for everyone.  But you knew that already.[/quote]

The high school teacher is telling you that there would be no disrespect felt by them, but you decide to tell them that they are obtuse.

If you live your life like this, it's no wonder you are offended by the tutu.
