It may vary by municipality but having done so more than once myself, I assure you times have changed and they will pursue it. If you describe something reportable they will press HARD for details on the perpetrator and if you file an actionable report they will pursue the action and arrest the person. From there on it becomes the DA’s job to prosecute.[/quote]
