Actually, I thought the same thing except I knew they were in Canada.  Is anyone thinking that this is a budding Gilead offshoot in Canada, and this commander and wife will take in Serena as their handmaid?  She doesn't have a husband and she is with child.  Will they claim the child, and start their own small section of Gilead in Canada?  Will Serena be wearing red in the next episode?[/quote]
