Prisons that "divide by race" are actually segregating by gang affiliation for safety reasons.   Prison gang membership is along racial lines so that is what they are "dividing." You basically stating that the US does not control its jails.   Security in prison can be done, but is not….you didn’t address the substance of my post….she got caught with drugs and she has to deal with the consequences.   I’ve travelled the world including Moscow….people talk about dumb Americans all the time because we don’t respect the country we are in.  [/quote]
