There is likely a huge political fight underway at the highschool level with the low-end clubs like YJMA, YJS, and even Pride at this point (sadly), fighting to get coaching spots.  The only clubs that should really get coaching spots are Capital and maybe VA Metro - for high school. The 8th grade spot should go to Stars or Pride as those are best 2 clubs by far for ‘26. 2024 - Mindy Urick & Shelby Mercer
2025 - Kere Harper & Sophia Omar
2026 - Emma Vinall & Sarah Aschenbach

Google them if you want details I guess. That’s all we got. Kere Harper is head coach at Lightridge HS in Loudoun and coaches for YJMA.

It was combined with Maryland. Most committed girls opted out.  I think they ended up filling it out with 2023’s from other regions as there wasn’t enough between DC/VA/MD. Most top 23s did Philly committed games last week and/or UA this week. [/quote]
