I am watching the video first hand.  I have 30+ yrs of law enforcement related experience, the last 20+ on the federal prosecutorial/investigative side.

I see NO evidence of injuries or anything on the video that supports the idea that the dead person inflicted a serious beating on the shooter.

The shooter gets out of the patrol car, handcuffed hands behind him, with no assistance and no difficulty whatsoever (this is an awkward situation not easy to do).

so ... rationalize away all you like, the source evidence I am seeing does not bear out the shooter's story.[/quote]
