He is a stalker and predator but hasn't been arrested so still has his freedom and could probably purchase a gun if he wanted to. My point is that we really need to differentiate between personality disorders, sociopathy (which are next to impossible to treat) and mood disorders(treatable). Is evil treatable? Can we find all the evil would-be murderers ans remove them from society? If not, we have to focus on making it harder for these people to hurt or kill others. [/quote]
