Goulet says it shouldn't be released because the candidates didn't ask for it to be released before the forum. He then says he doesn't mind if it is released. He refused to join the joint letter asking for it to be released. And the Chamber of Commerce wrote on May 11 that it would be released. PUT IT TOGETHER FOLKS. [/quote]
