As a formerly morbidly obese woman, let me provide some actual real answers from a former fat girl.... 1. Every fat girl will tell you that she is starting a diet, trying to eat more healthy, starting a new way of life, doing better about eating healthy. This is a constant fat girl refrain usually occurring right especially after a good day of binging. Of course, what OP didn't mention is that she restarts this plan every single day with little to no progress. She might be able to go one, a few days even or if she is really good maybe for a few weeks but that's it. 2. Fat girls binge. How else do you think they maintain 300+ lb body weights? They can't maintain that kind of weight eating healthy. 3. Fat girls who say they are "foodies" are seriously delusional and use it that as an excuse so they can continue to overeat. A morbidly obese person does not need the hobby of eating. They need a hobby that does not involve food or eating. Everyone likes to eat good food. 4. Fat girls who say they don't like sweets and don't eat that many are wrong. What that really means is they may only eat 8 to 10 cookies at a sitting and eat two large things of French Fries. See to them relative to the fries, they really didn't eat that many cookies. They also don't get that normal weighted people do not view 8 to 10 cookies as a reasonable serving size to eat on an everyday basis. 5. Truly morbidly obese fat girls are pretty much wasting their time going to the gym. They are better off devoting their energy to eating right and avoiding binging. They will lose weight without exercise for quite a while. This is not true for those who are closer to normal weights. 6. Fat girls go have stink as noted above. Yes, they have chub rub and lots of sweat and there is an odor. They may not notice it themselves though. I admit it was only random that I figured it out. 7. Fat girls are not necessarily more lazy but they are more tired. It really does take quite a bit of effort to heft around 300 + lbs of body weight so even normal activities can leave a fat girl tired and winded. 8. Fat girls lower their standards in terms of dating. I did it for a long time and all other fat girls I know do it too. Same for husbands. 9. I agree with a PP, surgery is the best option for the morbidly obese. That's how I lost the weight and in the 8 years since surgery I have never once regretted it.
Did you read through this thread? Do you know my personally? Didn't think so. Maybe this is the person you were, but this is not me. I laughed at your foodie remark. I enjoy fresh things, and a lot of what I cook comes from a farmers market. You can eat a lot of healthy things, and be fat. Like I said I have problems with carbs, I eat too many of them. I think you had severe self esteem problems. Earlier in the thread I talked about bingeing for a long time in my past, no longer the case. Maybe you smelled, but I don't. I mentioned wanting more energy. I don't lower my standards in dating. If it came to that I would rather be alone. Do you seriously believe there aren't good men who are attracted to bigger women? Don't be so naive. I was recently at a bar with my bf, I was running late, and he waited for me. When I arrived I saw several women looking at him, and trying to make small talk. Surgery is not an option for me. I put this weight on by myself, and I'm going to lose it that way. Someone very close to me had the surgery, and then a stroke. My own mother lost 150 lbs the old fashion way. Just because you couldn't do it, doesn't mean I can't. You may have lost weight with the surgery, but what are you going to do to fix your personality?
