I was happily doing pull-throughs, kick-backs, and hip-thrusts when a horrible trainer interrupts by telling me to do squats. I said no, I don't want bigger thighs. He kept nagging and nagging me unsolicited. Finally after multiple polite refusals, I told him I didn't want his pancake butt and that his glute and quads increased in tandem making him still look flat. In hiring a personal trainer at the gym, discrimination is ENCOURAGED! [/quote]
