I'm sorry, but, that is flipping BS. Is Syphax utterly unable to read the tea leaves and plan accordingly? COME ON. Prepare for the two most likely courses of action and then you have a plan and guidance in place to hit send as soon as you get the green light. This is basic common sense. [/quote]

The VDH site still shows Arlington as high transmission- it was based on more than one metric. Obviously we knew they were going to lighten recommendations, but it wasn’t clear they were only going to be using the one metric which practically puts the whole country as low. [/quote]
