You act as if this is his choice.  Central office is required to approve all such letters, generally to the chagrin of principals. [/quote]

So why have a Principal then? He does absolutely nothing for the school. Mr. Taylor might as well have a desk assignment in Central Office.

And apologies with restorative practices - how is that working out? More violence and no consequences which leads to more violence.[/quote]
