Mackenzie is a normal looking middle aged woman-to say that she's "ugly: is ridiculous and just not true. Since her divorce, she has donated a ton of money to small, often overlooked organizations. From what I can see, she's a class act. Lauren Sanchez might be a nice person (I have no idea what she's like interpersonally as I've obviously never met her) but her plastic surgery and fashion choices make her look like an aging, attention seeking porn star. Mackenzie was not attractive when she was young while Sanchez was very attractive. they are really very different in this respect. 25 years ago bezos could never have had Sanchez while he did, obviously, get Mackenzie. in fact she pursued him. no attractive woman would.

What I don't get is that he didn't go for intelligence.  Mackenzie was very intelligent.  I'm not sure what LS brings to the table---old/50s not that bright, crass, gold-digger rep., many prior men.  I think she stokes his ego hard and that is what means the most to a narcissist.[/quote]
