There is no police brutality because no police have been charged with brutality is not the convincing argument you think it is.

What about the MCP who got caught on camera screaming in the face of a 5 year-old last year? Do they not count because they weren't SROs? They also were not charged, because it is basically impossible to charge police, nor were they disciplined. [/quote]

Two bad apples, actually. You are also missing the other part of the saying. "One bad apple spoils the batch."
