I agree that you keep right so people can pass, but you're quoting something about keeping right of the [i]center of the roadway[/i]. This is about not driving on the wrong side of the road.[/quote]

Just the other day on a double yellow road with one lane iin each direction...some jack in a sports car flew down the wrong side of the street to get around the law abiding traffic  just driving down the road.  and flew past a school.  that one needed his or her little teeny tiny cut right off.[/quote]
