Biden only cancelled debt related to borrow defense:  Under federal law, if your college or university [b]misled you or engaged in other misconduct,[/b] you may be eligible for borrower defense to student loan repayment. Additional cancellation was for borrowers who experienced permanent and total disability since student loans are dischargeable in bankruptcy.[/quote]

Not sure what point you are making. The government should go after these a$$hat institutions but unfortunately Rs are too business friendly. Its all on the consumer right? Do you think its morally wrong to cancel debt from students who were misled? Really? Thats the hard line you are taking?
