ha ha well that is always the game when it comes to using governance to achieve your policy goals. however, I am still supportive of mayoral control. a single bad mayor can be voted out. a 5 or 7 or ELEVEN member board … not so much. I also believe the board structure is just inherently inferior as a way to manage a public service where you need to move quickly. [/quote]

I’m a teacher and my problem is osse is a bunch of bumbling fools and so is central office.  I don’t know that these bills would change much but you have got to have some independence.  Look at Ferebee. He is an idiot. We all know this.  Everyone knows he is Bowsers little minion. Maybe if he had to actually answer to anyone else else he would actually do his job?
