He didn't crack. He waved a contract he signed with Schumer THREE MONTHS AGO that stating the bill would be no more than $1.5 Trillion. Someone call AOC and tell her to purge her wish list and move on. She's been out-flanked by real politicians.

It’s not a contract.  It’s just manchins negotiating position.  But it is very significant that he released it.  Apparently not many people knew this existed, and his public statements for the last month or two have been very much at odds with this document.  It’s a strong sign he’s willing to negotiate with the progs instead of engaging in a staring contest as they have for the past couple months.  The progs will shoot down the BIF if they get nothing.  But if the can get a couple trillion of their priorities, they’re going to take it even if they aren’t too happy about it.[/quote]
