I’ll add that our charter notified all the families last year during hybrid when someone at the school tested positive.  They did not name names and said close contacts were notified.[/quote]

Yeah, I'm missing the "gotcha" here. ITS has been very forthcoming and proactive when children are at risk of COVID. Your kid isn't at risk of catching COVID at school when school isn't in session. [/quote]

I'm not loving the communication from the school centering around this article, BUT both in the spring and over the summer session (where they did weekly testing of all students who attended) we were notified of positive cases. My kids classes weren't impacted so I don't know what type of additional communication went out to those families but there was absolutely school-wide transparency when someone tested positive.[/quote]
