I understand why it's happening.  I am hoping that teachers will at least send home packets if a kid is exposed.  It even feels like you could get a laptop, point it at the teacher, and record the lesson and then send to the student.  [/quote]

Teacher here. This sounds awesome. Kid travels to hot spot. Doesn't say anything. Brings covid into the classroom. Exposes other kids. Quarantine happens. Teacher does a backflip and goes from in-person to virtual in the space of less than 24 hours. But the catch being all kids in quarantine get classes but the kid who travel doesn't get any virtual instruction. Maybe a packet? Oh what fun it is to teach in dcps.[/quote]
