They stink now but it should be a good job.  Nice location in Arlington, just turfed over baseball field for more space, pretty strong school spirit.  The right guy could turn it around in 2-3 years.  Use hockey team as a model, they went from being a team that couldn't win the public league to a strong private in a short time.  Why wouldn't an Asst from PVI, GZ, SJC, or another private school take the job? Or give a pro a teaching job (like they did Giblin who taught Relgion/Scripture) to make it financially attractive.PVI moving to Loudoun should allow DJO to compete in Vienna/McLean/Great Falls for players. A club team coach told me (a random person on the Internet claiming this is true to you all) that he had an interview with O'Connell about 3-4 weeks ago. I haven't seen him since, so I don't know the outcome, if there were others being interviewed etc. [/quote]
