Suicide by cop is when you present a direct that to police like pointing a gun at them.

Running from the police is not presenting a direct threat to them.  Except if you're Black, apparently.  Then it's all "they're coming right for me!"

Your arguments are so thinly veiled that there's no other reasonable explanation.  You're just looking to excuse the police executing a Black man.  You're not filling anyone.[/quote]
