If you don’t do something you end up like Texas with elementary schools are next to chemical plants that explode.[/quote] PP you're right that communities do decide what gets built in their neighborhoods through the zoning process, but to equate blocking multifamily housing with blocking chemical plants is pretty gross.[/quote]
