How is it demanding and unreasonable to expect people to be responsible dog owners? It would piss me off too. I have a dog (and neighbors!) and if my dog barks when she is outside, I call her in. That is the polite and neighborly thing to do. Nobody wants to listen to your dog bark it’s head off outside.

If this is the opinion from someone who expects to hear no noise that they don't like in a suburban or urban community . . . I can live with that opinion. Making it a "shittier place" for someone so unreasonable or demanding  . . . not something I'm concerned about.[/quote]
