My DD's team has 16 players this year and it is not enough. We've had injuries with one girl out for 4 months. It's hard to enter tournaments with so few players. Also, the girls need to get used to playing together. Pulling in a girl here and there just isn't the same. It's good to have smaller rosters when kids are little but you need the bigger rosters as they get older.[/quote]
