Straight from their By-Laws:

“ Section 2. What would be in it for BRYC? They have ECNL. ECNL is separating itself from GA. They just need to wait it out.

Merging doesn’t guarantee players, fields and perhaps coaches. If they felt they wanted Bobby it would be easier to hire him and hope he brings his players than try and merge with a Loudoun based club.
