No way Kanye just failed to mention that in his rant. I think Kim used surrogates because they weren’t having sex. They barely spent any time together and there have been rumors about Kanye’s sexuality for years. [/quote]

I thought she used surrogates because her  pregnancy was difficult on her body?  Especially with Saint.[/quote]  She had complications with North. She had early-onset preeclampsia and delivered at 34 weeks.  Then there were further complications after the birth with the placenta and she had to have several surgeries.  She wasn't sure about getting pregnant again (she did with Saint) so she froze her eggs. She gained tons of weight with Saint and he was breach and had to be manually turned.  After Saint the doctors said she was too high risk and wouldn't even implant her embryos.[/quote]

This is correct. Her doctor on the show said she’d die if she had another pregnancy. Her mom said with Saint she lost a lot of blood and she was concerned. I believe the other two are definitely Kanye’s kids. If someone really wanted to prove they weren’t I’m sure they would have done it by now. [/quote]
