The other option requires adhering to a centuries-old protocol.  Using a large blade among other things.  I"m not a minnow wriggling on someone else's hook...I"m exactly where I deserve to be given what I have done or failed to do.

I'm too much of a coward to do what honor requires.

Unless my would-be rescuer understood and lived my values there's nothing they could say that would speak to the center of the issue.

This is really thought provoking. Has it occurred that even a post like this has measure that you may not be able to account for? How can uou measure all of the excellence you provide to the universe in ways that you may not even realize?

I respect your values even though I disagree. I may also disagree on whether your contributions to this world are most analogous to a bucket of spit. I hope you are able to identify the gratification of mastery in many areas of your life, so you can live each day of life in full confidence and peace.[/quote]
