With the 40% who chose hybrid being split in two groups, so 20% of student body in the building on any given day, its absolutely comparable to private school. In fact I guarantee that my local ES will be FAR emptier than St. Joe's or St. Theresa's which are in session 5 days a week for all students. [/quote]

Because that is a $hit job for $300k. Many many jobs in the area pay more than that for less stress and work. If we ever want to get someone good in the role, we need to get past the notion that $300k is a ridiculous salary when it is definitely not. [/quote]
