This isn't a fair complaint. At the time that Jim Jones was supported, he was a preacher who advocated for social justice, racial diversity, and ending poverty. Everyone supported him, even Rosalyn Carter and Walter Mondale. No one anticipated that he would become so extreme. Also, the reason why he created the compound was because of reporting of physical and sexual abuse in his church, which none of his allies were aware of.

With that being said, Feinstein does need to retire. She has done great work, especially with the torture report. However, in the past few years, the only news stories about her have been bad. Speaking down to those kids, saying she won't vote to convict Trump, hugging Lindsay Graham and praising Comey Barrett, the story about her mental health, and finally this .[/quote]
