It cant be that obscure [/quote] In more recent years--yes, they have heard of it (but given the geographical challenges many in the US face they may have a hard time placing it on a map). Misconceptions are quite rampant and the questions are loaded with ignorant bias the questioner doesn't realize. One doesn't even know how to begin to answer them, one is so embarrassed for him or her.[/quote]
