Town of Hyattsville and [b]Greater Hyattsville[/b] are not the same thing.  If you lived here, you would know that.  
That statistic covers the zipcodes of 20783, 20782, 20781, 20785, 20784, 20903, 20712, 20710, 20912, 20743 which includes Adelphi, Langley Park, Chillum, parts of Takoma Park, parts of Bladensburg, Landover, Kentlands, Columbia Park, Palmer Park, Bright Seat, and almost down to Seat Pleasant.
