Not surprised about Penn State!!!  They are all about getting $$$$ from international and oos students and they don’t give a lick about instate kids. Same with Pitt. If it were up to me they wouldn’t get any state funding whatsoever. [/quote]

TLDR;

The March ICE waiver re intl students and 100% online learning said it would remain in effect until the national emergency (Trump declaration) was over. However, that declaration remains in effect.

In revoking the waiver, ICE said that the worst of hte crisis had passed. Infection and death rates are far higher now than in March 2020.

No comment period. Totally bypassed the Administrative Procedures Act. Sloppy lawyering.
