When you have no opportunity for your neighborhood school to improve, you do not have the level of education to get hired to provide a better life for your family. There is no generational wealth to rely on. There is poverty and drug abuse and being jailed. How would one be able to rise above? There are too many employers judging based on race, names and personal bias as shown in this thread to make it happen 9/10 times. [/quote]
