Very few associates wanted to travel to North Dakota during the winter, or West Texas during the summer - but he did it.  1M+ frequent flyer miles plus hotel points, he would take vacations worth $10k+ while other associates were spending their own $$$ on bar tabs, dinners out, etc...[/quote]
