Agree[/quote]Don't agree at all.  Just because you have a 6 foot leash doesn't mean that it should be allowed to walk 6 feet onto my property to take a dump. You should have control of your dog.

As for birds taking a crap on my car, that's completely different. The birds are wild, they are not on a leash. If they were pet birds and you put one on my car to take a crap, then yes, I would complain.[/quote]
