I went to a church like this too as a kid...sermons about how wives should be submissive to their husbands, shouldn't let themselves go, etc. etc. It turned out later the minister was sexually abusing very young kids in the parish. While the moms were focusing on their husbands, the preacher was focusing on their children. [/quote]
