What funny is that if voting required a "poll tax" and a proficiency test, most of the ammosexuals I know wouldn't be able to pass the test and would refuse to pay the tax, so maybe that's not a bad idea?
Except you don't actually know anyone who owns a gun.
Actually I'm the pp and I own guns. And I'm a woman. And a liberal. But I don't need an AR 15. All my relatives in VA who collect guns and ammo could not pass a poll / political / history test if their life depended on it. They don't even read internet forums or the freaking newspaper / news websites. I have to help them with anything legal they encounter. So good luck getting them not to display their guns at lobby day!
Sure. Anything you say.
Isn't it always so obvious when one of these gun grabbers lies about guns on here?
I'm the pp and not lying. Believe it or not many of us are responsible gun owners who do not own, or ever wish to own, assault rifles. I've inherited hunting guns from my family, and have a small firearm for protection. As do most of my female friends. If you are a woman or person of color, you are crazy if you don't have some type of gun for protection. But I don't feel like I need an assault rifle to kill large numbers of people. Again, good luck with the protest if you plan to attract gun crazies from all over the southeast and midwest. I will be praying for all the Virginians there, even though I don't support their cause.
I think most of us will be from Virginia like we are every lobby day.
I hope so, but a recent news article featuring The organizer said they were expecting a busloads from out of state.
