DS attend a FCPS graduated in 2012.   Beside Gym class he didn't have an AA teacher till Freshman year in High School.  Why is FCPS doing this? [/quote]

This is your response to the fact that a group of people who were brought to America, enslaved and  denied rights that they only gained through bloodshed are doing better than you thought? The sad jokes write themselves.

Not having a black teacher from k-12 in one of the most diverse counties in the world is not proof that everyone except Whites have a leg up. In fact, it shows the opposite, especially as it relates to getting a teaching position in FCPS.
