Obviously investigate.  But to open an investigation into impeaching the president without ANY first hand accounts is odd.  None of those people would have come out with the whistle blower to collaborate this? [/quote]

The WH issued the phone call transcript, that's essentially first hand and creates reasonable suspicion. The whistleblower complaint provides context and explanation for shorthand language in the phone call. The Don would of course never allow taping. Which is ok, people were convicted of treason for centuries before the first recording of a human voice. [/quote]
