Sounds like you are not combing long enough each time. The blog I followed (the nice life lady) recommended counting strokes to 100 and starting over at zero every time you find something. Do this every 2-3 days. I didn’t stop until I’d had 3 combings in a row (9 days) of finding literally nothing.

And I don’t know what foam you are referring to. We just washed hair, then left the conditioner in for the combing.
