Yep. It turns out that even illegal immigrants have rights to due process under the Constitution.  What happened to “when we ignore the law, the fabric of society erodes”?   Or does that only count when it benefits rich white men?  I mean Epstein’s rights were certainly protected. If we can do that, we can get a Judge to sign a f**king warrant. [/quote]

The message Newsome, and other Democrats are sending to the illegal immigrants is that they don't have a "right" to be deported. 
When, in fact, those being targeted in the raids have had their cases heard, adjudicated, and have been ordered to leave.

There is no right to counsel in immigration courts.  Remember that most of these people have already gone through the process and had appeared before the judge who signed their removal orders.  There is nothing left for the counsel to do anyway.[/quote]
