[/quote] I think the Elian Gonzalez reference was just to give an idea of what the hoopla over an international custody dispute might look like. I also suspect that Serena does not really want Nichole/Holly back in Gilead, Fred is doing whatever Serena wants now to make amends, and the appeal is part of a larger effort to put an end to Gilead.
