I married a woman a year older and it had and has its challenges.  She was ready for kids far earlier than me (although it has the benefit of my kids being independent earlier).  Her sex drive also tanked a lot earlier than mine - seems to me the older man younger woman dynamic has a better chance of mitigating the natural male-female sex gap.

Interesting. I'm female and have always been with older men, and it was also a struggle. I usually had way more energy and they couldn't really keep up with me. It was manageable when dating, but in marriage I really feel like I'm being held back. Would love to be with a 24 year old like the guy in the OP![/quote]
