On the upside, my skin looks great![/quote] A couple things: 1. I have read that woman do need to carb up to maintain weight loss (and otherwise, may suffer hair loss long-term!) 2. If you are going to carb-up, the best time is right before or after you exercise, so it's good that you exercise a lot. You may need to adjust the macros a bit. I'm definitely not hungry but not really losing weight. Lego.[/quote]
