It was a settlement. I doubt they could misrepresent the facts of the settlement in the record. Everything else? Who knows. Some of the deposition quotes are interesting. The reason they are appealing isn’t related to the facts but I think about the standards the appeals court used. I didn’t come away from it thinking that Sidwell behaved all that poorly. [/quote]
