[/quote] Where do you see that applications are decreasing? For 2019, they received 32k applications. In 2015, it was 22k. That is a massive increase in 4 years. The article posted also says that the SAT and GPAs of the entering class are the second-most competitive in VT's history. Not sure where you are getting your information on either of your points.
