This is the most logical thing that has been said in this thread.  By all accounts, the MD teams have been better run, and better positioned for success, than WSVA.  MD announced last week the end of the Spirit affiliation and the move to Baltimore Armour.  Given this fact (not rumor) about the MD teams, one has to ask why the VA teams would be treated differently by Spirit.  Maybe Spirit told both MD and VA that Spirit was getting out of youth after the 19-20 season, and the MD team decided to make the break a year early?

If you mean an official announcement on the DA or Baltimore Armour website, then no, it has not been officially announced.  But, as you said, the coaches have told the players and parents.  If anyone doesn't believe it, come to the games this weekend at Evergreen and ask any of the MD parents.[/quote]

If true, post the announcement.  I'm not in denial.  I'm simply unwilling to believe an anonymous poster on this forum when so many things posted here turned out to be garbage.  I want real evidence.  Any evidence. Baltimore Armous's website also has nothing to say.  [/quote]

I have no idea why the announcement is not yet on the site, and I don't really care whether you choose to believe me or not.  I understand your skepticism, especially with the anti-Spirit people on this site.  But I am also being sincere in telling you that, if you don't believe the couple MD posters on this thread, then come watch us play FCV on Saturday and ask any of the MD parents.  WSVA has no DA games scheduled this weekend.  Come see for yourself.
