Yes, I know. It's a terrible look and honestly I think its worse than the 80s puffy dress look. I don't know why people willingly dress themselves up to look like poor farmers.

Charlene’s dress is not terrible — she should have unbuttoned the top 2-3 buttons, though.  I think it is understated and pretty for the ribbon-cutting ceremony to which she wore it. [/quote]
